COTTCoaching was created with the goal of expert fitness and sports coaching accessible to everyone. I believe that improving your health and fitness should be convenient and achievable, even with a busy schedule or limited access to a gym or training environment. With my background in sport and exercise science, I’ve developed a system that combines expert knowledge with flexibility, so you can receive professional coaching and personalised programmes from anywhere. My ambition is to help people reach their goals through structured, specific and tailored programme design alongside personal support and motivation, with attention to detail and continued coach-client one-to-one contact. With a background in golf working with a number of golf professionals and from personal research I have continued to develop my knowledge around the sport, designing strength & conditioning based programmes to develop the golfer, considering all aspects of fitness contributing to performance in golf.
