We deliver specialist golf performance, fitness, strength & conditioning programmes to help develop golfers at all levels. With a background in Sport & Exercise Science, programmes and one-to-one coaching are designed to assess, develop and monitor aspects contributing to the golf swing and all aspects of golf. Focuses of programmes include, but are not limited to the development of: maximal strength qualities, explosive strength & power, reactive strength, mobility, flexibility, stability and endurance.

Initial Consultation
In the initial consultation, we focus on getting to know you-your golf game and goals, previous training experience and lifestyle factors. This session allows us to tailor the programme specifically to your needs, taking into account your current skill level, available time, and any physical limitatons you may have. Understanding your aspirations helps us create a roadmap for your golf performance journey.

Programme Design
Based on the consultation and test results, we'll develop a personalised golf specific training programme within 1 to 2 weeks. This plan is designed to fit your experience level, goals and physical capabilites, ultimately working towards improvements. We structure the programme around key training focuses: strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, endurance, skill development and more - ensuring each stage aligns with your progression targets.

Progress Monitoring
Throughout your training, we monitor your progress closely. Regular contact with a coach via message, video analysis of your exercises, discussion of form and technique, and frequent check-ins ensure we stay on top of your development. Periodic testing allows us to track improvements and make any necessary adjustments to keep your training effective and aligned with your goals and targets.

Pre Plan Testing
During pre-plan testing, we asses your physical fitness and golf swing mechanics. You'll perform a series of prescribed exercises and self-run fitness tests, with video submissions that we analyse closely. The results from this testing phase, discussed in a follow-up meeting, will give us valuable insights into your current abilities and areas for improvement.

Programme Delivery
Once your programme is ready, we'll deliver it to you and walk you through the details. This includes explaining the exercies, schedules and training techniques tailored to your needs. Weekly meetings are scheduled to ensure you start on the right track, and to provide a platform for any questions or adjustments.

Feedback & Post Plan Testing
At the end of the programme period, we conduct post-plan testing to evaluate the progress you've made. We'll review your performance to assess how far you've come and identify any areas that could still be improved upon. We'll also help you set new goals ensuring you have a clear path for continued growth in your golf game.
