A Comprehensive Golf Physical Assessment With Follow-Up Recommendations

Golf Physical Assessment

A comprehensive physical evaluation designed to identify the key physical qualities influencing your golf swing. This assessment covers mobility, flexibility, strength, power, and movement control, alongside club speed and swing data collection. Objective testing methods, including handheld dynamometry and jump profiling, provide accurate insight into strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement.
Following the session, you will receive a detailed summary sheet and tailored recommendations to support targeted improvement in power, consistency, and injury resilience, designed to improve your performance on the course.

Choose Your Training Block

Our training block approach allows you to commit to a focused 6 or 12-week period of structured golf fitness coaching. Each block follows a clear progression, with an inital golf physical assessment to aid the design of a dedicated training block focused on several key physical performance goals to aid your golf development. 

A Hybrid Training Approach

We use a hybrid coaching model, meaning every client gets a personalised programme stored in our dedicated training app. You can choose to follow the programme entirely through in-person sessions, or you can combine these with indepenent sessions guided by the app. The best setup for you, whether in-person only or a mix, will be discussed in your inital meeting based on your goals, time and equipment.

Golf Physical Assessment Included

A comprehensive 12-week performance programme built to create lasting, measurable improvements in your golf fitness. Following your full physical assessment, we develop a structured, periodise training block tailored to your goals, swing characteristics and physical needs. View your progress at all times with use of our dedicated training app, attend regular in-person coaching sessions alonside home-workout or gym sessions completed via the training app. With regular in-person coaching, continued progression, programme optimisation and progressive overload, this is the most effective way to build long-term speed, strength and mobility for on-course performance.
